With the structure now complete, ESG are extremely proud to be providing the MEP services package to Napier and New Plymouth House, utilising Modern Methods of Construction including digital engineering and modular construction.

This development, in collaboration with Wates is the first site to begin construction as part of the ‘12 estates’ regeneration programme delivering 3,000 new homes across the borough.
