Napier and New Plymouth House is the first site to begin construction as part of the ‘12 estates’ regeneration programme being delivered by Havering Borough Council and Wates.

Work has begun on this first step to deliver 3,000 new homes across the borough over the next 12 to 15 years and as a local business, ESG are extremely proud to be delivering the MEP services package across the first phase, utilising Modern Methods of Construction including digital engineering and modular construction.
