Every member of our Executive Leadership Team and Board started out as an apprentice and they are a great example that entering the industry this way does not stop once you gain a qualification.

Our commitment to providing new opportunities for more than four decades has seen hundreds of apprentice's graduate from our program. Ranging from school, college and university leavers to adult learners, we are extremely proud knowing they have gone on to have successful careers at ESG and across the wider industry.
