Solar, Serena and Sunrise development this week receiving its traditional topping out ceremony in the London Borough of Havering.

It is an impressive scheme with excellent standards of work being delivered by all the teams involved, of which ESG are excited to be providing the MEP scope of works.

This ‘Later Living’ development in Hornchurch is part of the wider regeneration scheme, a joint venture between Wates Residential and Havering Borough Council.
