Supporting our apprentice program, the Buildsmart Skills initiative has helped encourage more women to consider a career in construction with females now accounting for 20% of our current, growing team.

ESG, in partnership with Lewisham College will soon be hosting the second All Female Plumbing & Electrical Skills Competition on the 8th March, International Women's Day and we are proud to see two of last year's competitors on board with us.
